FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Selected public support topics from the current PostPro Analytics knowledge base.

What can the AI Product-Professional answer?

It can answer public PostPro Analytics product, sales and first-level support questions, including installation, first setup, Resolve requirements, Single User vs Studio Mode, trial basics and safe troubleshooting steps.

What are the current public testing requirements?

PostPro Analytics currently targets Apple Silicon Macs with macOS 14 or newer and DaVinci Resolve Studio. Resolve External Scripting must be set to Local.

Which creative apps are publicly supported?

The current public testing focus is DaVinci Resolve Studio. Premiere Pro and After Effects integrations are in development and are not public released features yet.

What is the difference between Single User and Studio Mode?

Single User is for one workstation and local reporting. Studio Mode is for teams where multiple workstations sync sessions to a Studio Host for shared studio reporting.

What should I check if Resolve is not detected?

Confirm that you are using DaVinci Resolve Studio, that a project is open, and that External Scripting is set to Local. Then restart Resolve and PostPro Analytics. If the issue remains, send your Resolve version and Diagnostics screenshot to support.

How does DBSONIC LABS handle support data?

Share only the information needed for support. When sending diagnostics or screenshots, redact sensitive project names, local paths, client names or other private details where needed.

Can I still contact DBSONIC LABS directly?

Yes. For product support, sales questions, early-access requests or urgent issues, email hello@dbsoniclabs.com.
